I had my compter upgraded to a new hard drive and in the process the usb drivers to my Janome were lost. It has been a long time since this has been done the repair company won't be able to help me . My Wizard on the computer said I need to have the usb drivers on my computer in order for my designs to transfer from my computer to my Janome. I would like to know if you can help me Please.i have switched from me2000 edition pc to the new vista format my designs from the mc11k tools disk says i need a usb driver
