Use LCD TV as Computer Monitor?

I want to get the Sony 19" Bravia LCD TV (HDTV). I don't have much space on my desktop. I was thinking, why not use it as a computer monitor and a TV? But the problem is, sometimes the graphics don't look so great on the PC. Can anyone help me?

A 19 inch HDTV is almost certainly a 720p system (1368x768 resolution).

A 19 inch PC monitor would typically be 1280x1024 or around 1440x900 if widescreen.

So, yes, graphics won't look as good on the TV. The TV is also 60 Hz refresh rate, whereas PC monitors can usually do 75 or 85 Hz.
