im new 2 photoshop. i have cs3 my daddy bought it but i was wounderin how do i make the skin sorta glow in a picture? like these pics.

that is called blur effect

Go to Filter menu select Blur and then apply the one you like

It looks like the saturation was pumped up a bit. The editing isn&#039;t that good because the picture wasn&#039;t sharpened and usually any picture you take needs to be desaturated and not saturated. So, perhaps they didn&#039;t use saturation, but you can try it and see. Also there are filters you can experiment with in the filter gallery. Setting the saturation is in the image menu and go to adjustments and open Hue Saturation window.

You might not understand what i&#039;m saying, but I&#039;ll try to explain it simple....

-Open the picture

-Duplicate the layer (of the picture) by right-clicking the main layer-&gt;duplicate layer

-With the copied layer selected, go to Filter-&gt;Blur-&gt;Gaussian Blur (give it maybe a 5, or something that blurs the pic a little)

-Make that top layer either &quot;Multiply&quot; or &quot;Overlay&quot; (can&#039;t remember witch one exaclty)(It&#039;s where it says &quot;Mode: Normal&quot; ....change &quot;Normal&quot; to Mult.. or Over..)
