Use Sony Digital Handycam as webcam?

Question

I have a Sony Digital Handycam DCR-TRV140 NTSC,

and I want to use it as a webcam.

I connected the camcorder to my PC with the USB cord,

and it detected the device but could not recognize it.

I tried installing the software that Sony had in the website,

but it didn't do anything.

Any help?
