  1. You school probably accepts it, most schools do. I took Prue in hs and when it transferred to my college, it was used as intro to basic math so I had to take it over in college and it was an easy A. If you think that you can get an A in Calculus then take it in college but if you are a little unsure than try to use the AP credit and bypass the class. Good Luck

  2. Calculus isn't a big deal to med schools. I only had two that even asked, and they both accepted AP credit. Let me give you some advice, though. Drop the AP credit, retake both of the classes (at the same time if you wish). Get A+ on each, and if you have a honors program take them for honors credit as well. This will pad your GPA, and its a science class so it will pad your science GPA as well (which is what med schools care about). If you have any other AP credit, consider doing the same. Because of dropping AP credit, I had a 4.13 when I graduated and I completed 18 honors credits in a single semester :). This is also good because you won't risk getting med schools mad over AP credit.

  3. Some schools allow it - others don't.  Check with the schools you want to go to.

    Thanks
