Question:

Use own art for card backs in Klondike game for Ipod Nano?

I just got an iPod Nano (4 GB) and read this in the Klondike game:

"You can use your own art for card backs. Put TGA format images in your Klondike directory on your computer (under iPod Games in your iTunes folder), then sync with iTunes. Images must be 39x54 pixels."

Now, I have Photoshop, so I created several TGA format, 39x54 pictures. However, I can't find the "Klondike directory", heck, I can't even find the "iPod Games" folder. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm pretty computer-retarded, and have never had an iPod before, so can anyone help me?

  1. If you're using iTunes and you've synced your nano to your computer, you'll have an iTunes folder on your computer. If you're on a Mac, or a PC, you'll find the "iPod Games" folder inside your iTunes folder (do a search for iTunes).

Once there, you should find an iQuiz folder AND a Klondike folder. Open the Klondike folder and place your uncompressed TGA files in there. The next time you sync, the files will be copied to your iPod. You can find some sample images that are already the correct format at the source link. If those work, then your own should work if they're formatted correctly.
