facts: Since I can't add the triangles, I'll give the values.

triangle : 90 degree left corner (right triangle), 1 side=3, other side=4, long side = 5, theta is in the corner of 4 and 5

I don't really know where the 3 and 4 go on your right triangle so I can't really figure out the exact answer for you.

Thus, all you need to do is solve for cosθ and whatever answer you get for that, divide by 2 to get your answer for cosθ/2
