Use tracfone minutes and number on an old Alltel phone?

I have an LG AX5000 that was used on alltel. I also have a normal trackfone. I was wondering if it is possible to use my old LG phone with my trackfones number and minutes. If this is possible How? If not is there a different pay as you go phone that would work?
