I tried my 99 plymouth breeze for a 97 for Explore xlt. The girl couldnt find the title and we were supposed to go get it switched the next day, we there is to much flooding. Now she says the car is broken and wants her explore back. The only thing that was wrong with the car was the tie rods, which she knew about, I also have emails between us. I have the title to the plymouth but NOT the explore yet and a written contract we both signed. Can she get her car back? What can I do about her not giving me the title now?? Does the contact make the explore legally mine?

  1. If you have a written agreement, it is binding. It says nothing else, so there is nothing else. Let her take you to court if necessary.
