Used car dealer telling me to lie to the bank!?

He told us to lie to the bank to get a good financing deal. Should we not deal with this guy?

  1. Avoid this guy. You could get in trouble for using fraudulent information to secure a loan. I would also report him.


  2. Common sense would tell me that if this dealer gives such evil advice it means he is capable of doing anything of the same effect to me being his customer; so I would look for another.

  5. NO...walk away. Report this to his supervisor. If a lending istitution catches you lieing on an aplication...it will be real hard to get approved next time.
