Used goo gone to remove leftover masking tape from backpack and still sticky?

What can be done? Goo Gone did remove the tape but not the sticky part.

use more goo gone, let it sit a few minutes and manipulate the sticky stuff to ball up ...toss backpack in laundry and hang to dry.

WD-40 works for all my 'sticky' problems.

buy a can of sticker shock... sold at auto stores, it takes the sticky off of bumper stickers, works for all sticky situations

Rub it with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.  I've gotten lots of sticky stuff off with them.
