Usenext Sofware Help!!!!?

i have installed the use next software,when i enter my user name and password i get errorConnection Failed !!!!Make sure u have PORT 119 unblocked! if u are using a firewall,i use Windows Firewall and i do have Port 119 in my firewall can u please tell me how to add PORT119

You may need to set up a firewall rule with 'Windows Firewall with Advanced

Security'

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Windows Firewall with Advanced

Security

Click on 'Inbound Rules' left pane

Then right-click on 'Inbound Rules' > New Rule.. > Custom > ...

On the 'Protocols and ports' screen, choose 'GRE' in the 'Protocol type'
