User Manual Needed for Corded GE Caller ID Phone?

The model number is 29263GE1-A. I've gone on the GE website and I think it's discontinued. Nevertheless, I need to know how to change battery and troubleshoot the caller ID feature which is not appearing on the display.

Battery. Just buy a similar battery then replace it. It if is a Litium Ion, make sure use ot the same type and  specifications. It can't be replaced with a different type. It might explode.

Caller ID. Make sure your phone company activated your CID. Caller ID problems on a cordless phone can't simply be fixed. If it's not damaged, just scroll the menus and try the settings.
