Ok, so my mom is like the administrative person on our computer, so whenever i turn on the computer, she always has to enter her password, so i tried to create my own account, but we have this stupid Bsafe filter on our computer, so after I signed into my user account, i have to enter my moms administrative password (but i dont know it) so the filter would work , cause if its not working, i can't go to any web sites, sooo if i create another administrative account, will I be able to make the filter function? Its not actually the password to the filter, its like so it will run, like allow it on my computer.

sorry this is so long!

thanks so much! :)

  1. Believe me, what ever your mother blocked on your computer, it's a good idea. There is alot more danger on the internet than you will ever know ( though alot is fun too). If there is a website you want to go tothat your parent(s) have blocked, try to see it at a library, they have filters too, but they are more liberal. Most of the places your mom has blocked are probly trashy and virus riddled anyway, lol

  2. sounds like a permissions issue that is asking for the authentication. so probably, yes, an admin account might do the trick.
