User profile error

Question

i am writing regardingcomputer my Dell Inspiron that I purchased from Best Buy recently. The service tag is CZCYRF1, the Express Service Code is 28259481421. I have a password needed to log on to my computer. When I tried to log on using my password a message comes up "User profile service failed the log on. User profile cannot be loaded. Then it immediately signs off. I have no idea what this means or what I need to do to correct this. I am hoping to get some assistance from someone there. hoping to hear from someone soon
