    Any sea food without wine is like you without smile.

    Meat deffinately likes it.

    Vegetables with wine, only for the brave ones. Needs sugar.

  5. Wine tenderizes, especially when used in a slow cooker.  Add a 1/2 cup dry red wine to your roast in lieu of any other liquid at the beginning of cooking time.  Your roast will come out hours later flavorful and moist!
