Using Ac uses more gas?

or is it just a myth?? I ask because I always thought that it did...however i remember watching some show... and thought i saw somewhere that its just a myth but not quite sure... does anyone know?

it does not use very much. anyway if you want to really save on gas you have to limit the amount of miles that you drive and not drive off for every little thing..
