Using Basic HTML Tags with Yahoo Message boards?

I'd like to take long URL's and post them:

However, <a href= "http:.....">LINK</a> formatting isn't working.

Usually message boards have HTML disabled for security reasons. Instead of using HTML, you should try using board code. In standard board formats, the way to post a link is [url=http://...]Link title here[/url] no quotes or anything. Maybe that will help?
