I was going to order a movie of PPV, and record on my DVR, but it says limited recording available on the description. Some of the movies say limited recording and others don't. Does that mean I can't record the entire movie or what? I have dish network by the way.

  1. You can't record on PPV movies only you rent your movie.

  2. limited recording means that if record it, you will only have 24 hours to watch it once play back has started. all day tickets stay the same as long as you dont record. i tried it with " I am Legand " in HD, i was able to burn a copy in SD with my DVD burner before time ran out. but now it sits on "my recordings" with bright yellow letters that say "TIME EXPIRED"  I tried to beat the system by hitting the protect option, but they are way more clever than i am because now i cant even delete it because it wants a pin number to unprotect it . what pin #..ive never set any locks or anything...They could of just sent me a little note saying "please dont order any more ppv. go to redbox at mcdonalds..we already take plenty of your $ and dont need any more
