Using Logitech WebCam - have sound but no picture

Question

Just installed QuickCam Software version 10.5.1.2029If I Run Quick Capture I get Program Error which says: QuickCam10.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows You will have to restart the program. An error log is being generated. Each run generates the same error message. How can this error be corrected? Camera was working with previous version of QuickCam software. OS is Win2K SP4 CPU:1.7 GHz Athlon with 1 GB ram, 4 USB ports.How to troubleshoot this problem?
