Using PayPal to pay for stuff?

Can't remember so.....

If I buy an item off ebay and pay for it by paypal, if my paypal balance is zero but I have a linked bank account, can I still get the item?

Yes, they'll take the money out of your bank account.

yes it will come out of your bank account instead.

Yes the money is taken out of your bank account.

It takes the money out of your account. Much safer way to pay for stuff because they aren't getting your bank details.
