I have had good success with with Paypal, they even payed me back when the buyer sent me junk. It did take 6 months but they investigated the whole thing, free of charge.

Personally I would rather use PayPal than sending or receiving a money order.  

They're a member of StaySafe.org, Federal Trade Commision, On Guard Online, TRUSTe, Better Bussiness Burea Online, Anti-Phishing Working Group.  It doesn't get any safer than that!

If you meant SAFE using paypal. Then yes It is a secure site. I have no problems with it!
