I am going on holiday to Mexico and want to take my hair straighteners, digital camera and nintendo ds. I have found this converter

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Step-Voltage-Converter-220v-110v/dp/B000XROE48/ref=pd_sbs_ce?ie=UTF8&qid=1197739627&sr=8-12

Is the right one that I need?

  1. Yes, it is the right one !!!

  2. if the voltage is 110 out there yes.!!!!!!!

  3. I would definitely say: "Yes".

  4. I think you need a convertor from 110 to 220v, because when I took my cell phone to Mexico, I tried to charge it, but it did not work, because 110 is too weak, you will need more power.

The good news are, that your appliances wont explote like when the Americans bring theirs to Europe.

  5. Have you checked out what mexico use.Have a lovely holiday

    & Merry Christmas.

    Check out this link http://treehouse.ofb.net/go/en/voltage/m...

  6. In the U.K. the voltage must be either 220 or 240. If the adapter can go to 110 or to 120 volts then yes it is acceptable.
