The bureau of land management is accepting piblic comment on this issue. I am looking for people who are willing to make a comment to the BLM. Do you think that we should research oil shale and using it as oil to help alleviate our dependency on foreign oils? If so, we would love your comment. Please email or post your email here that way we can get you an email out to let your voice be heard

  1. Yes.  But it should be recognized the obtaining oil shale is more expensive then obtaining oil from other locations.  The fact gasoline is about to hit $4 a gallon makes getting Oil Shale feasible...but the problem will be the legal costs imposed by radical environmental interests that want a cut of the revenues earned for their political causes.  Eliminate that and we can afford it.

  2. I think research could be done, but I don't think American taxpayers should be forced to pay for it.

Where is the Bureau of Land Management, by the way?

  3. We should explore every option for energy. This should be both privately and publicly funded with a huge ad campaign to push it.

Lets show the world what American know how can really do. Let's challenge America.
