  1. It depends on how you use them. If you're using them to illustrate a discussion of the game, then it's not a violation. If you're just showing them, then it likely is.


  2. If you are showing or distributing copyrighted protected material without the express consent of the owner of the property then,  yes you are..

  3. Probably. The video game will tell you if any images are copyright protected and to use them without permission can be an offence.

    Just ask them if it is ok to use the images on your website. It is likely they will agree to some free advertising!
