Using Windows Movie maker.?

Question

I am using windows movie maker and I want to add a song into my video. I use itunes and it only lets me add certian songs...like the songs I want arent in the folders. How do I put them there so I can add it to my movie?

I am pretty sure that the music files need to be mp3 if not look for a free converter on download.com

on the left side you should see capture video, import video etc...

click on import audio or music.. and a new window will pop up then you can locate your music file, highlight the file you want then click import...

okay i had the exact same problem a while ago, heres what to do

STEP 1: drag the song that you want to use in windows movie maker onto the desktop.

STEP 2: go on windows movie maker and go ''import audio or music'' and it should be there. click on it and go ''import''.
