Using a Mike & CD can i record myself with my PC ?

I wish to record myself on on a CD.

Yea. Most PCs come with sound recorder (Start > Acccessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder) If your mic is plugged in you can easily record it and then convert it to like an mp3 file using any online converter or just keep it in the default format. Then insert the CD and copy the file onto it.

If your computer having sound card so you can do it.

Plug in mic And Start >Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder

Press button to record the sound then store it in CD.
