Using a phone card to call the U.S. from Europe?

Question

I will be in these countries for three weeks: Netherlands, Belgium, France, England, Wales, and Ireland. I can only seem to find cards that are for calling countries FROM the U.S. but I need one to call the U.S. from Europe. Any suggestions?

once you get there buy them. Of course you ain't gonna find them in the states.
