Question:

Using a regular coffee maker to make only a couple cups?

I don't drink coffee, but my fiance does. I make him coffee in the morning, but the filters always end up falling over inside the coffee maker and the grounds sometimes get in the coffee pot. I think this is because I only put enough coffee grounds for a few cups of coffee in there, and the filter doesn't have enough to hold it up. Any suggestions how I can make it so no coffee grounds get in the pot? thanks!

  1. You may try a different brand of filter.  Make sure filters and the basket are dry. Check the maker of the coffee pot then check if it  specifies a certain type of filter.

  2. Mr Coffee makes a little bitty coffee maker that only makes 4 cups

they are very nice for one person
