Using a slingbox pro from USA in Romania anyone have experience?

Can anyone explain what materials do you need for a US NTSC slingbox to be connected in Romania on PAL with basic cable onto a computer. By materials I'm talking besides what comes in the sling kit.

It would be nice to hear an opinion from someone whose done it.

Not possible, since the NTSC slingbox is not PAL compatible. You will only see a shifted black and white image.
