Using a tubeless tire with a tube?

I tried to use a KENDA NEVEGAL tubeless with a tube but it spins like an old vinyl record that's been sitting in the sun...

How do I remedy this problem?

Kenda DH tires have wicked tight beads, if you look at the bead I bet its not seated properly.

Try soaking the bead and edge if the rim with soapy water/ Simple green. Anything that will make it slip on when inflated. You may have to inflate it to 65 psi or so to get the tire to seat.
