Using battery charger overseas

can I use this battery charger with my Embark voltage converter and adapters. the specs on the voltage converter are as follows:Model MW165OR-25A
input"220/240V, 7.5A 50/60Hz
output 11/120, 15A 50/60Hz
selectable power Output 50W/1875W for use with class II electronic devices
the canon charger -input-100V-240VAC 50/60 Hz 0.085A (100V) -0.05A(240V)
output4.2V-----0.70A
