Using direct Elisa on three serum samples, i get absorbance values for IgE, IgG in each sample.?

What does this tell me. If IgE is higher then IgG in each sample is this a positive result?

Well in al 3 human serums tested, i have values of IgG and IgE in each serum sample. In all samples IgG is higher than IgE. They all seem positive, but how do i know this?

In one case you state that IgE is higher than IgG and in another you say the opposite.  In either case, what's your actual question?
