Using military decorative, legal / not ?

Question

I wanna make some item, such as lanyard.

The decorative & color looks like (similar) with army look.

Event there is words like Support the army.. blah blah blah..

Do you think it's legal / not ?

The army decorative / color is not business mark, right ?

Army is not doing business, right ?

The US Army probably does have trademarks, and yes, color can be trademarked.  I doubt however that the Army has patented a color.  If you want to use the US Army logo, I would request permission before using it, I am sure it is trademarked.
