Using old consoles on tv's?

Hi, my newer tv doesn't have a coaxl cable for my Nintendo or Genesis. Is there a device out there that can allow me to use my rf switch from Nintendo or Sega and connect it to a newer tv?

Please let me know it's name and where I could find it,
