Using public transport to travel to coleraine from newry return ticket?

Anyone on here live in northern ireland I want to know how much it will cost 4 me to travel to coleraine every sunday and return that same friday I will be going to University there in september and im hoping to keep in touch wit my friends at the weekend back in newry and hopefully I can still keep my part time job PLEASE HELP[ I tried the translink website but could find the cost of any fares

  1. Don't listen to that pillock above. Newry and Coleraine are both in Ireland. It's no wonder we have problems here in the Six Counties.

    You will have to change trains or buses in Belfast, so price for each return leg.


  2. Technically Coleraine and Newry are in Northern Ireland, so you would probably get more answers if you posted this in the UK section.

    You will probably make friends in Coleraine without any problems.

  3. Can I ask what this question is doing under the Ireland section? Newry and Coleraine are in the UK so it should be asked there.

    Sorry, amendment: I see you tried translink. For some reason, just the Newry fare is displayed under "fares" -> Ulsterbus, not sure why not the Coleraine one. But try calling the landline number listed there, it's (0) 28 90 66 66 30, since nobody pays to call geographic numbers in the UK anymore (contrarily to stupid 0870 numbers), you should get this info for free.
