Question:

Using sensor lights to detect a spirit, has anyone used them?

I actually find it very difficult to believe that a spirit or ghost could set on off.

However, since seeing "Paranormal State" & the lights going off when no one is supposedly there.

On the other hand watching Ghost Hunters, when they did the episode in the St. A., Lighthouse. Funny how those sensor lights were not set off.

I am just interested if anyone has used these. They "now" seem to be a big seller for the investigators.

i've only used infrared red lighting. it works well.

GS..Don't forget about SLIders...where something in you makes the lights go off (like 333 has). I don't live far from St. Augustine..if that's where you mean. Wish I could get there to check out these "haunted' places. I love the little schoolhouse there..seems like it would be haunted. Soon I'll be babysitting in a historical house..that might be haunted..someone who stays there said. Maybe I can bring back some reports..(hopefully I don't bring the ghost back with me) Don't you think that churches would be haunted too? Do they ever go there? Think I'll ask.

My dog used to turn our light sensor on for me. It made her smile. She died a few months ago. I'd love to see that happen without anyone there . Maybe it would be her.The wind will actually turn them on..so there's no way to tell. Actually, my other dogs have picked up doing it too...running ahead to turn them on for me. I'd like to think she's leading them.

Yes these would be a great instrument to 'detect' your imaginary ghosts since these lights go on and off for no apparent reason anyway.

No doubt that they would find that these ghosts preferred a windy night to manifest rather than a still one.

>nope, i bought a set and they are a waste of time and money. Since ghosts and spirits are not solid objects, they don't trip the sensors, but what the heck, they make great paperweights.I agree with erm, using infrared, I was able to catch a good anomaly on video in November.
