if you were to use the pill to regulate your period, do you need your doctors confirmation (or proof) that you have an irregular period pattern, or can you just say "i have an irregular pattern, can i use the pill?"

in another words, can you just CHOOSE to go on the pill for this reason.

  1. I use the pill to regulate my period, not as a form of birth control.  I take it for 3 months, and have a period every 4 months...fantastic. I just talked to my doctor about it

  2. Of course!

  3. I had an irregular period but now everything ok after taking Evening Primrose 1 a day and i don't feel pain anymore on my tummy or backbone. To be honest i don't like doctor's stuff (injection, medicine). So i prefer to take traditional medicine (herbs) and take supplement foods than go to see doctor and take modern medicine

  4. no...you just say you want BC...you dont even need a reason :P
