Using westernunion to buy an item on craigslist ?

I'm not sure if Im comfortable using western union or moneygram but the person I am dealing with lives in canada and that is the only way because we cannot meet in person. he cannot Icant accept Paypal because its been an issue with his credit union for payments. he gave me all his information and the item seems legit and he said once he recieves payment he will overnight express it and give me the tracking number. he guarenteed the tickets within 1-2 days after payment. what do you think? should i trust him and can western union money be cancelled in case i dont get the tickets, what can i do if i dont get them and he ripped me off? or am i screwed? help is needed please!!! thank you

don't trust them.  It is probably a scam
