Using with an infant car seat

Question

I just bought this used stroller and I am trying to figure out if it can be used with a car seat. Various sites onlie describe it as compatible with an infant car seat. I'm not sure if it originally came with another attachment that would go where the child tray is that would accept the car seat. Or maybe there should be some sort of strap? If it is in fact supposed to accept a car seat, does the brand matter? I have an Evenflo Embrace car seat that I was hoping would fit somehow... Thank you for any advice!
