Alisher Usmanov, who is the second largest shareholder at Arsenal, has gone on to claim that Thierry Henry needs to return to the club in order to save it.
He feels that the striker can return to the club in a non playing role to do so, since he has just what it takes to revive the team’s soul, which seems to have gotten lost along the way.
Henry has been training with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 since the start of the month, and he is expected to put pen to paper on a loan deal with the team for the second time this time around.
Despite him returning to the team looking like it might be a massive boost for the club, Usmanov feels that Henry should be brought back to have a backroom http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684 at the club, since given his credentials he can make the calls which would help the team move
forward in a positive manner.
"I don't have any powers in terms of decisions at the club but there are a few players with whom I am in contact," Usmanov said in a recent interview.

"My favourite is probably http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Patrick-Vieira-c29316 at Manchester City. He is also a symbol of Arsenal but he is helping
another club. We have to avoid that with Thierry.”
The last time Henry came back to play for the team, he went on to score two goals for the club in the seven appearances that he made for the team. He also went on to have a massive impact on the club in terms of improving the atmosphere and giving everyone
a positive push.
However, Usmanov feels that this time around things could not play out the same way, given the players age, and he strongly feels that Henry should be brought back in a role that doesn’t involve him having to play games for the team.
He continued: "The presence of a champion can radically change the soul of a team. That’s what Thierry showed last year when he came back to Arsenal but I think that comebacks only succeed once. That’s why I think the decision to come back belongs only to
Thierry Henry."
