Usmc sports question. help please

i cant find anything that the usmc offers athletic wise, i heard something about the navy having marines in their sports teams, but my question is, does anyone know any in depth info about what the marines offer and how someone would go about trying out for the team. something along those lines.

Once you are finished with your training you can inquire about becoming a member of a sports team.

The Marines have teams at different levels in most sports.

If you are good enough you can do only sports for most of your enlistment.

However, the Marines aren't looking for athletes they are looking for Marines, so if you join and think you are going to play sports and not go to war you may be in for a big surprise.
