Usps what does acceptance mean?

ok so i bought a camera off ebay

and he sent me this number i went to usps and this is what it said

Label/Receipt Number: 0308 0660 0000 5762 8764

Status: Acceptance

Your item was accepted at 10:28 AM on July 15, 2008 in AURORA, IL 60598. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

it is now the 18th i live in hawaii

It means that they shipped it from Aurora, IL on the 15th and sooner or later it will make it's merry way to the big island (or wherever you live there.)  I would expect it on about the 21st, if everything goes ok.
