  1. If the hairline is intact, there should be no problem.

  2. normally about 3 inches. Most hairdressers will add braiding hair to your hair as they braid you hair for a sew in weave. They just need enough to grab hair actually. If you are bonding the hair (not recommended) I'm sure they could probably do it with the sam amount of hair, but bonding is just not good for the hair. People usually bond one piece in a particular spot as opposed to bonding a full-head weave.

  3. The Neck

    :D

  4. hurfd

  5. I am not really sure about african american hair but I had extensions when my hair was between 2 and 4 inches.

  6. I really don't know a lot about hair extensions/ weaves and whatnot, but on America's Next top Model, a lot of girls get weaves when their hair is still pretty short... I don't think it patters too much, but I'm no expert.

  7. long enough to braid

  8. They need more than an inch to really make it look right but they can work with so little. (It just takes a lot longer and costs way more)

  9. long enough for braids.

  10. long enough for the person putting the weave in to be able to attach the weave. so it should be long enough to braid.
