  1. If you're asking "who eats the eagle", I think only humans can with their rifles and guns.

  2. I know of one predator that kills eagles while they are sleeping. I saw it on Discovery Channel.

It is called Caracal. I was shocked to see it. I don't remember the name of the documentary but it was about Black Eagles.

Apart from that i think young eagles may fall prey to a variety of predators especially those who have strayed away from the nest or are unattended.

To support my information, go to the link below -

Caracal will take roosting birds, including large birds such as the Martial Eagle. - http://www.predatorconservation.com/cara...

  3. Eagles have no natural predators, so I suppose only humans.

  4. well ecologically speaking eagle is the tertariy consumer is impossible to find someone munching away an eagle.

unless a human decides to do so.

teriary consumer r the highest level of the ecological pyramid

  5. Eagles are at the top of the food chain and, therefore, have no natural enemies.  The only threat to them, and it's a bad threat, is man of course.  Human beings have killed Eagles directly or indirectly for thousands of years.  Except for native Americans, which used their feathers for ornamentation and only hunted them with bows and arrows, which was no "real" threat, mankind has hunted eagles out of fear, superstition, lack of knowledge, wives tales, and just plain stupidity.  These magnificent birds have also been killed by poisons directly and indirectly, and their egg shells damaged by insecticides, etc.  Stupid ranchers have killed hundreds of eagles in the belief that these birds were a threat to their sheep, cattle or other livestock, which is absurd and NOT true.  Eagles principally feed on rodents, rabbits, other small mammals, snakes, and fish, but not sheep or calves, etc.
