Usually at fairs is the last day cheaper?

what kind of fair?  if it's like a craft fair or something like a swap type meet... then yes, they typically want to move their inventory quickly so they don't have to pack it up and take it home.

I don't know about cheaper but, It is a lot less crowded. Have a good time!
