Well, to coin a phrase " the lights are on but there's no-one at home" comes to mind! Don't think that good old Harriett, left in charge, can do anything without Gordy! - It's a wonder Blair hasn't returned and taken up residence!

This vacuum has already been filled by France. British are happy French taking the lead on this matter. I think that central stage was killed by Blair, by aligning to much with Bush and US. So Britain seems to be out of loop now. Also there seems to be some political turmoil in Britain.
