Do you think observing traffic rules & not blowing the horn should be followed by one and all?

  1. I agree Doing dumb things to other drivers just causes ROAD RAGE

  2. Yes I agree with you 100 percent.

  3. Yes, I do, I read an article that said teenagers are responsible for 70 percent of traffic accidents, many of them have fatal injuries.  Drunk drivers account for about 25 percent.  Pretty sad.  I think the laws should have been changed years ago, to state that you can't have a liscense until you are 19, Post-high school years.  These are the kids, for the most part who are causing many bad accidents.  They are showing off for their friends, girlfriends, etc,  Once they are out of higt school, and start college, they are more responsible, and very busy with studies, so the exhibition of  speed goes way down or stops completely.  Also, parents should make them pay they're own insurance, and they should be told THEY are responsible if they have an accident, go through the court system, get fined.  Our accident rates would go WAY down.  People need the feel the reprecussions of their actions.  Regarding older people, they should have a drivers test once a year after age 65.  Of course, these things will probably not happen, but they would help a lot.

  4. I do agree.
