A massive partnership between Tamim Iqbal and Kamran Akmal, both of whom contributed half-tons to their team’s total, overpowered the Uthura Rudras completely, and they succumbed to a 9-wicket victory at the hands of the Wayamba United during their Sri Lanka
Premier League match at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on August 12.

For the most part, the Rudras bowling attack registered disappointing figures, with economy rates soaring – Mubarak conceded 6 runs off two deliveries (with an economy rate of 18.00), while Maharoof bled 14 in just one over (14.00).
The opening partnership was finally broken up in the 19th over, with http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Umar-Akmal-c94595 stepped up to join Tamim in racking up the remaining 4 runs, and
