If you have bad credit, would companies deny you from putting a utility service bill under your name? I.E. cable, electric, or gas bills?

  1. Usually they will require a sizeable deposit if you have bad credit.  If you are trying to get a new utility account with the same company that you owe a past due bill on,they will require you to pay the past due bill before allowing you to get service in your name.

  4. not unless you owe them money, which you would have to pay first. However they will most likey require a huge deposit!
